If menstruating, it's recommended to test on day 3 of your cycle (day 1 is the first day of your period). If you have irregular or no menstrual cycles, testing can be done at any time. Additionally, if you're taking supplements containing biotin (vitamin B7), wait at least 72 hours after your last dose before sample collection.
