Expert Support with Results Protection
Sometimes getting an unexpected test result can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to work it out on your own. With Results Protection, BODYiQ connects you to expert clinical support if any of your results fall outside the optimal range.
A New Zealand–registered GP from our trusted partner, The Doctors Online, will arrange a virtual consultation to review your results and guide you on the next steps.
You can add Results Protection to most BODYiQ purchases at checkout.
Important to know:
- You’ll only be contacted if your results are outside the optimal range.
- The Doctors Online will be in touch within two working days to set up a time for your GP consultation.
- Fees are not refunded if all your results are within the normal range.
