For the most accurate results, stay hydrated unless instructed otherwise, and avoid alcohol or excessive caffeine intake for 24 hours before testing.

Most tests are available within a few days, depending on the test.

You can also choose to download your results PDF from your BODYiQ account if you wish to share with your preferred healthcare provider.

Reminder: If you've ordered multiple tests or a bundle, you'll be notified as each result becomes available - they may arrive at different times.
