Customers who add Results Protection receive an additional layer of reassurance. If eligible results fall outside the expected range, Tend will contact you to arrange a secure virtual GP consultation to discuss your results, answer questions, and guide appropriate next steps.

BODYiQ combines accredited laboratory testing with clear clinical follow-up pathways designed to support customers when needed.

From testing and secure online results through to GP follow-up for critical or eligible out-of-range results, every step is designed with clinical oversight and patient support in mind.

If your results require GP follow-up through Tend Health, your consultation and associated clinical notes will be connected to your National Health Index (NHI) number as part of standard healthcare and continuity of care processes in New Zealand.
