Iodine - Urine
Iodine is an essential trace element that your body cannot produce on its own, so it must be obtained through your diet. It is crucial for the production of thyroid hormones, which help maintain the body's metabolic rate. This test measures the iodine level in a urine sample to evaluate your iodine status.
