If you previously ordered through MyTests
Here’s what you need to know as we transition to BODYiQ:
You’ll need to create a new account:
- To purchase tests through BODYiQ, you’ll need to create a new secure BODYiQ account.
- Your previous MyTests login details won’t work on the new platform, but setting up a new account only takes a few minutes.
Accessing your past MyTests results:
- Your historical MyTests results cannot be transferred to your BODYiQ account.
- However, any previous Mytests results remain accessible by the original password-protected PDF email communications.
Staying in touch:
- You may receive occasional updates from BODYiQ to keep you informed about new features, expanded test options, and important announcements.
- You can update your communication preferences at any time.
